Kafkaesque

For 4 academic years, I have been subject to extreme sanctions at my children’s school. These sanctions include a complete a prohibition on my attendance at school events, including parents’ evenings, whether in person, virtually or by phone. Staff have also been directed not to look at me, say hello or interact with me in anyway. My family, friends and GP are also banned from making any direct contact with the school, apart from communicating with an anonymous email account. I have repeatedly asked members of senior management including the CEO, Tim Plumb, to explain what it is that I am alleged to have done which has necessitated the use of these sanctions. I have never received an adequate answer. The responses I have received have been vague, generalised and lacking in any specific detail.
Yesterday, I received a communication from the Trust stating that the sanctions were to be continued. I am simply told that they ‘remain necessary and proportionate’ without reference to any specific examples of why they alledge this to be the case.
In addition, The Trust leaders repeatedly make the claim that a request for evidence and examples is ‘vexatious.’ This word has been used as a magic talisman to avoid engaging with the points that I have raised.
I wish to emphasise that my concerns are not directed at the majority of staff members within the Trust but at 4 members of senior management, namely, Tim Plumb, Rachel Ford, Mark Guest and Sarah Catterall.
I otherwise have a very positive view of the schools and their staff.
