The Might of Institutional Power

The members of senior management responsible for my treatment over the past 3 years have reported me to the Metropolitan Police at least 5 times. Since going live with my website, they have made a further allegation. I am now being investigated under Section 127 of the Communications Act 2003.

In the coming weeks, I will collate and present evidence relating to my case. This evidence will inform an exploration of the considerable powers afforded to senior leaders post academisation.

Despite considerable efforts, the police have been unable to secure any charges against me. I am deeply concerned by the force’s repeated intrusion into my life at the request of very senior members of the Trust. I intend to explore this use of police power in my political analysis podcast series.
